"Be careful who gives you advices, coz fools do grow old too." We tend to trust advice based on two things: how confident the person sounds, and how old they are. Both are dangerous shortcuts. Confidence isn't the same as being right. And age isn't the same as wisdom. Fools grow old too. Someone can spend forty years making the same mistakes and simply get better at explaining them. Time alone doesn't teach anyone anything — reflection does. A person who's never questioned their own choices, never adjusted course, never admitted they were wrong, doesn't become wiser just because more birthdays passed. They become a more practiced version of whoever they already were. That doesn't mean ignore older people, or reject advice on principle. It means you have to actually evaluate the advice, not just the packaging it comes in. A few questions worth asking before you take someone's advice to heart: Have they actually done the thing they're advising me...

'What helps you gain perspective on hard days?'

There's a moment most of us know too well — you're tired, things aren't going your way, and the complaints start lining up in your head before you've even had coffee. The traffic. The bills. The way nobody seems to get it. It feels justified in the moment. It usually is, on some level. But every so often, life has a way of putting things in perspective. You hear about someone who lost everything and is still showing up every day with a smile. You see someone fighting an illness with more grace than you've managed to bring to a bad Monday. And suddenly the weight of your own complaint feels a little lighter — not because your struggle isn't real, but because you're reminded it isn't the only struggle in the room. Before you start complaining about how bad things are for you... someone out there is going through worse. That's not meant to shame anyone for struggling. Pain is pain, and yours counts. But there's a difference between feeling your pain...

People who were meant to be in your life will stay despite the circumstances you may encounter, don't beg people to be your friends stop tolerating shit because you afraid you may lose them, if you lose some people in your life thats ok ,they weren't meant to be with you.
